Mile Ten Machining is a family-owned and operated commercial cutting and milling company. All our turning is done with a Cincinnati Hawk 150 turning lathe. We can bar feed stock up to 2", with features like a 2 axis tool probe, 12 tool station turret, Ridged Tapping, life center, automatic bar feeder, high pressure coolant pump, an Acromatic 2100 Windows based Control with online Gibbs Cam, and advanced CNC programming software such as Gibbs Cam and our Cincinnati Falcon 200 this machine features a max swing of 9.8”, 10” chuck, 8.45” X travel 16.53” Z travel, 15hp Spindle, 12 tool turret, an Acromatic 2100 Windows based Control with online Gibbs Cam for drawing software Solidworks we can turn parts quicker, more efficient, more accurate than ever.
